• Three Lolita Skirts

Some years ago, and it feels now like a lifetime, I discovered a few new things that changed my way to see the world. Long story short, I met a thing called: “Lolita Fashion”… And I fell in love! Because, I like lace, bows, cute things, puffy skirts, … The fact is I fell in love with Lolita and I decided to make for myself some pieces of clothing for some events I was going with friends. Of course, I was amateur. And even today I’m not an expert at all as I kept myself in almost the same position in some way. But I really like the style and…

  • My Vintage Treasure

This is a story about a bunch of fabrics I rescued and transformed into some amazing Kimono Jackets. As you may know if you have been reading a bit about me and my stitches, I love vintage fabrics. A few years ago I started reworking vintage and using reclaimed fabrics to create new items. It’s not the only thing I do, but it is one that I love for sure. In this love I have about fabrics, I started long time ago to hold more metres than I can actually sew. At some point, buttons and lace were added to the stash and a few years ago… vintage fabrics and…

  • Vintage Off White Lace

I guess I’m not the only one. These are uncertain times and everything has a different rhythm at the moment. Nothing seems like following the plan. That will be my only explanation about the last weeks and why I’ve been going through my whole photo gallery until I found this one. The story about how I started remaking vintage. It was a few years ago and I was lucky to have a commission for remaking some vintage pieces into new boho dresses. I was excited, but overall… I was scared. You will never be able to imagine how scared I was by then. I love vintage clothing since I can…

  • That pink dress

This is the story about that time when I made a pink dress. But this one is a bit different to the others because today we are talking about something fancy and glamourous! Reworked Vintage Last year, I was so lucky I could make some reworked vintage for some interesting people in Portobello, Notting Hill. Thanks to that, I worked with some of the most beautiful fabrics I’ve ever seen! It’s not because this one is the best I’ve done. I don’t think so. But when working on it, I really loved the shape, the touch of the fabric. The simplicity but elegance on it.In my opinion, just one thing…

  • My Etsy Shop is open (again)

Last months have just flown. I blinked and we past Halloween, seeing Christmas again on the horizon.I’ve been a bit busy with that day job of mine. A bit stressed but kind of content. Not really happy, when you are really craving for your own thing. This thing. And that’s why I decided to re-open my Etsy Shop again in October. Decided and Done It took me some time to have a look at what I had and put some other in the stock and the info. But once it’s done, it’s done. So, now you can find almost all my available designs and products on my Etsy Shop. In this…

  • Because I can

It has been a while again since the last time when I wrote about that red coat. So, this time and because summer is almost gone (who said sad?), today I’m here to tell a little story about a jacket. If you follow my adventures on my IG stories, you probably saw already some details about this piece, including tacking, invisible seams or even the label on it! A colourful, bright, 80s jacket. The clash in my wardrobe. Where everything is black, red, tartan and abstract patterns… here it is. A patterned colourful and bright short jacket that I still don’t know what I’m wearing with. To be honest, I…

  • I’m Back…

Time flies. So, it has been more than one year since my last post, the fourth in this (with a different look now) blog. I wouldn’t like to say I’m sorry, because I’m not. No really. And I’m sure if you follow my adventures on the IG, you know exactly why I’m saying that. Last year has been one of the most productive times in my life, I mean, talking about creating and sewing. 2018 gave me the opportunity to create original pieces for my own brand and even send some pieces to places so f*cking awesome as Japan! Also, I remade vintage for some fancy shops in London, and…

  • Talking About New Year’s Resewlutions

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Ups! Maybe it is a little bit late for that… Nah! We are still in January, aren’t we? Then, let me wish you all a wonderful, amazing and… crazy 2018!I guess you have your resolutions, goals and hopes for this new year in somewhere. Perhaps, you wrote them in some paper that you keep hidden in a drawer. Or, maybe you didn’t write them, but you have some ideas in your mind.  A list of projects I have to admit it… I am that kind of person who makes one thousand lists about every thing (except my shopping at the supermarket… It makes no sense, I know!).…

  • Lace and Tulle, The Little Black Dress

Time flies, specially when you are busy with no-creative-but-necessary-tasks. I haven’t been really productive last weeks if we are talking about sewing stuff. Soon I will talk about some recent changes in my life but, now, first things first. This post is about a project that I made last summer and it is not in my gallery yet. When I designed, I wanted to create a piece with a deep V neck but mixing tulle with the main fabric. This was the result. Sketches and Patterns My first designs weren’t exactly for a dress. I thought it would be great to have a playsuit for summer with a V neck and…

  • Three Headpieces for three princesses

Last September, I visited my family and friends in my beloved Galicia. Among all things I brought for them (included Rodda’s Clotted Cream for my mother ^o^), I had three special creations for three of my friends. But the most important thing was that… I had a plan. My plan was really simple: get some ideas from them, directly, without saying what I was really going to make. Then, make the pieces, even showing the process on Instagram or on Facebook. Prepare a nice packaging. Talk about Lolita, Steampunk, etc. and how much I wanted to dress Lolita when I was back there. And finally, appear with my three boxes…
